Shipping Policies
Order Processing
- Handmade Care: Every order starts its journey in Lisbon, Portugal, where our team prepares and packs each piece by hand. We work in small batches and handle everything manually, prioritising care and quality over speed.
- Timeline: Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). The standard processing time is 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
- High Demand Periods: Please note that launches, restocks, and sale events can increase demand. Consequently, dispatch and response times may occasionally be longer than usual. We always do our best to keep things moving.
- Carrier: Our deliveries are handled by CTT Expresso, the Portuguese national postal and express carrier.
Tracking Your Order
- After your purchase, you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your parcel is ready to leave our studio.
- If you selected a shipping option with tracking: Your tracking link will be sent automatically by email when the order is collected. If the tracking page looks empty at first, please give it a little time, as carriers often take a few hours to activate and update the system.
- If you selected a standard option: Please note that untracked economy shipping methods will not receive a tracking link.

- Standard Shipping: €5.00 — 7 to 14 business days (No tracking number; no compensation in case of loss)
- Express Shipping: €38.98 — 3 to 6 business days (Tracking number included)
- Free shipping on orders over €100
Free Shipping Threshold
All orders with a total value of €100 or more qualify for free shipping, regardless of the destination.
International Customs & Duties (Non-EU Shipping)
- Import Fees: Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and local taxes. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are not included at checkout. Payment of any import fees is the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to estimate or control these costs.
- Customs on Returns: Import duties and taxes are non-refundable. If a non-EU order is returned to us, any incurred customs charges must be covered by the sender.
Delays & Delivery Issues
- Sunshore Brand is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
- If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at customerservices@sunshorebrand.com and we will look into it right away.
- Please note: For international Standard Shipping options without tracking, compensation cannot be guaranteed in case of loss. We highly recommend choosing Express Shipping for higher-value orders.
